Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using MeetLink ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of service

MeetLink is a macOS application that adds Google Meet and Zoom as video call options in Apple Calendar. It creates meeting links on your behalf using your own Google and Zoom accounts.

Your accounts

MeetLink requires you to sign in with your own Google and/or Zoom account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for all activity that occurs through MeetLink using your credentials.

Subscription

MeetLink requires an active subscription purchased through the Mac App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through System Settings.

You agree to use MeetLink only for its intended purpose of creating video meeting links. You agree not to:

MeetLink connects to services operated by Google and Zoom. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms:

MeetLink is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Zoom.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how MeetLink handles your data.

Data handling and account removal

When you sign out of a provider (Google or Zoom) in MeetLink, all stored credentials for that provider are immediately deleted from your Mac's Keychain. When you revoke MeetLink's access from your Google or Zoom account, or uninstall the app, MeetLink can no longer access your accounts. Compliance with laws

You agree to use MeetLink in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including those pertaining to privacy, data protection, and electronic communications.

Disclaimer of warranties

MeetLink is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of macOS, Google's APIs, or Zoom's APIs.

Nice Mohawk Limited, not Apple, is solely responsible for MeetLink and its content. In the event MeetLink fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nice Mohawk Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed meetings, lost data, or service interruptions.

Intellectual property

Nice Mohawk Limited, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to intellectual property infringement by the App or your use of it.

Third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of MeetLink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
