We aim to respond to all support requests within 5 business days. Most requests are resolved within the initial response.

Common issues

MeetLink doesn't appear in Calendar's "Add Video Call" menu

After installing MeetLink, you may need to restart Calendar.app for the extension to appear. If it still doesn't show, open System Settings > General > Login Items & Extensions > Calendar and make sure MeetLink is enabled.

Sign-in fails or tokens expire

Try signing out in the MeetLink app and signing back in. If the issue persists, revoke MeetLink's access from your Google or Zoom account settings, then re-authorize.

How do I remove my data?

Sign out in the MeetLink app to immediately delete all stored credentials. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention and deletion.

App removal

Remove from Zoom

To remove MeetLink from your Zoom account:

  1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
  2. Click Manage > Added Apps
  3. Find MeetLink in the list and select it
  4. Click Remove

Removing the app from Zoom revokes its access to your Zoom account. MeetLink will no longer be able to create Zoom meetings on your behalf.

Uninstall from your Mac

To fully remove MeetLink from your Mac:

  1. Open the MeetLink app and sign out of all providers
  2. Revoke access from your Google and/or Zoom account settings
  3. Delete MeetLink from your Applications folder

Signing out deletes all stored credentials from your Mac's Keychain. No data is retained on any external server.
